The engineer will talk through the problem and advise you of the possible solutions. If the product needs to be returned the engineer will book you product onto our dedicated warranty system. To assist us with this process please make sure that you have as much information about the product as possible including the model number, serial number, invoice number, fault details etc. The engineer will supply you with a unique returns number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your warranty claim through out the process. The returns number must be clearly written on the outside of the box so that we can identify you product upon its arrival to our service centre. If required we can fax or e-mail you a confirmation form for your records (this will only be sent if requested).
